Group and library subscriptions
No, it is not. A number of organisations use agencies to subscribe to the journal. This will only provide you with printed issues of the Oral History journal for your library. If you wish to access OHS member benefits as an individual or a group, then you will need to purchase an Individual or a Group Membership.
As named members with registered email addresses, you will then have access to:
Past issues of the journal back to 1969
Online discussion groups
Membership of Special Interest Groups
Discounts on training courses and events
The lead person for an OHS group membership can add additional members of the group as sub-members. This will enable them to access members-only parts of the website, back issues of the journal and other member benefits.
In order to activate this feature, you should log in to
https://ohs.org.uk/members to access your Member’s Dashboard. You will see an additional tab titled Manage Group Members. Here, you can add up to 9 additional members to your account by filling in the form. You will also be able to remove existing sub-members you have added in the past, for example, if someone has changed their job role or no longer works for the organisation.
