Steven Kite and Shelly Lemmons, of Oklahoma State University, authors of the ‘dust bowl oral history’ Dust, Drought and Dreams Gone By reflect on their oral history work illustrating the resilience of Cimarron County residents during this time. They will be looking at the oral history collection from the perspective of the field investigators.
